At Sunny Adventure Travel, our priority is to offer personalized, high-quality travel experiences in Baja California Sur. To ensure a smooth and reliable service, we have established the following terms and conditions. By contracting our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Booking Process
Information Request:
- Interested clients must provide specific details such as the number of participants, travel dates, preferences, and special requirements.
Reservation Confirmation:
- Once the itinerary is finalized, a detailed quote will be provided.
- Service confirmation is secured with a 50% deposit of the total cost, which guarantees the booking of services such as accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Final Payment:
- The remaining 50% must be paid at least 20 days before the start of the trip.
2. Prices and Payments
- All prices are listed in Mexican Pesos (MXN) or US Dollars (USD), depending on the specified quote.
- Payments can be made via:
- Bank transfer.
- Direct deposit to our accounts (details provided upon booking).
- Note: Services are not considered confirmed until the initial payment has been processed and verified by our team.
3. Changes and Cancellations
Changes:
- Modifications to the itinerary are allowed if requested at least 15 days in advance and subject to availability.
- Changes may incur additional costs.
Cancellations:
- Cancellations more than 30 days before the trip: 70% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellations between 15 and 29 days before the trip: 50% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellations within 15 days of the trip: No refunds will be issued due to commitments with service providers.
4. Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information at the time of booking.
- Adhering to the schedules outlined in the itinerary to avoid delays.
- Following the guide’s instructions during activities and tours.
5. Exclusions
Our services include only what is specified in the agreed itinerary. The following are not included:
- Airfare.
- Travel insurance.
- Tips for guides and drivers.
- Personal expenses or activities outside the itinerary.
6. Service Guarantee
In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, third-party cancellations), we commit to:
- Reorganizing the itinerary to minimize inconvenience.
- Offering equivalent alternatives in quality and experience.
